Saudigex is an educational platform that publishes independent reviews and analysis of AI-powered trading algorithms. We provide informational content only. We do not: sell, recommend, or endorse any financial product or trading algorithm; provide personalized financial, investment, or legal advice; manage, operate, or have any affiliation with the trading algorithms we review; guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of algorithmic performance data. All content is for educational and informational purposes and should not be construed as financial advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under Saudi law to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, reviews, analysis, and software, is the property of Saudigex Educational Technologies LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by Saudi and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
4. User Conduct

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Saudigex and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any content published herein. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed SAR 1,000.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
